Connecting multiple Shopify stores to one account

You do not need a separate EcomSolo account per store. Every store you install EcomSolo on can join the same account, giving you one login and one consolidated view of orders, customers, products and reports across all of them.

There is no limit on how many stores you connect, and no fee for connecting a store.

Tutorial: add your stores

  1. Install EcomSolo on your first store from the Shopify App Store, and create your EcomSolo account when prompted. This account is what every other store will join.
  2. Stay logged in. Leave that browser tab open, or at least remain signed in to EcomSolo in this browser — this is what links the next install to your existing account.
  3. Open a new tab in the same browser and go to your next store's Shopify admin.
  4. Install EcomSolo on that store the same way. Because you are already signed in, EcomSolo recognises your account and adds the store to it instead of starting a new one.
  5. Repeat for each remaining store. Each one joins the same account.
  6. Check the Stores dashboard — every store you connected should be listed there. That is the fastest confirmation that they all landed in the same account.

Each newly connected store starts syncing on its own. Your dashboards fill in as that finishes, so a large store may take longer to appear complete than a small one.

If a store ends up in the wrong account

The usual cause is being signed out — or using a different browser or a private window — when installing the second store, which creates a fresh account instead of joining the existing one.

If that happens, contact support and we will move the store to the right account. Please include the store's myshopify domain and the email address of the account it should belong to.

Billing across multiple stores

Billing runs through Shopify, so at list pricing each store carries its own plan. For merchants running several stores we build a custom arrangement — paid plans on a small number of stores, sized to your total volume, with the rest enabled at no charge — so you end up with a handful of plans rather than one per store.

See pricing for the details, or get in touch with your store count and total orders and we will come back with a specific price.

FAQ

Do I need a separate EcomSolo account for each store? No. Every store can join a single account, which is what gives you one consolidated view across all of them.

Is there a limit on how many stores I can connect? No, and there is no fee for connecting a store. Merchants run EcomSolo with anything from two stores to hundreds.

Do I have to connect all my stores at once? No. Add them whenever you like — a new store joins your existing account the same way, and starts syncing on its own.

Why did my second store create a new account? Almost always because you were signed out of EcomSolo, or used a different browser or a private window, when installing it. Contact support and we will move the store to the right account.

How do I check that all my stores are in one account? Open the Stores dashboard. It lists every store connected to your account.

Does connecting more stores slow anything down? No. Each store syncs independently, and the dashboards query across all of them at once.
