No. All your stores connect to a single Ecomsolo account — one login, one consolidated view of orders, customers, products and reports across every store. At list pricing each store carries its own plan, but for merchants operating multiple stores we build a custom arrangement: paid plans on a small number of your stores, sized to your total volume, with the rest of your stores enabled at no charge. In practice you end up with a handful of plans — not one per store.

No — and there is no fee for connecting a store. Merchants run Ecomsolo with anything from two stores to hundreds.

The more stores and total order volume you bring, the better your terms. Tell us how many stores you run and your total orders across them and we will come back with an indicative price — or connect your stores on the Free plan and we will build the offer from your real numbers.

Through Shopify, like every Shopify app: charges appear on the normal Shopify invoice of the stores that carry a plan. You never give us a card and there is no separate invoicing.

Install Ecomsolo on your first store and create your account. Then install it on each next store in another tab of the same browser while you are logged in — it detects your account and joins the store automatically.

Yes — the Free plan is $0 and does not expire. It carries a store last 50 orders and syncs every 4 hours: a starting point for evaluating, not the end state for your main stores.
