Payouts dashboard
The Payouts dashboard brings every Shopify Payments payout from all your connected stores into one list. Instead of opening each store's finances to see what's been paid out, what's in transit, and how much was taken in fees, you get a single view you can filter, sort, and export.
Opening the dashboard
In the left sidebar, go to Content → Payouts, or visit /content/payouts
directly.
If a connected store is missing the access scope EcomSolo needs to read payouts, a small badge appears next to the menu item — open the dashboard and a banner shows which stores need re-authorizing.
What you'll see
Each row is one payout, with these columns:

| ID | The payout's identifier. |
| Issued | The date the payout was issued. |
| Store | Which connected store the payout belongs to. |
| Status | Where the payout is (scheduled, in transit, paid, failed, canceled). |
| Type | The transaction type (deposit or withdrawal). |
| Net amount | The net amount paid out, in the payout currency. |
| Charges gross | Gross charges included in the payout. |
| Refund fees | Fees from refunds included in the payout. |
| Trace ID | The external trace ID for reconciliation. |
Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns — including the full set of summary fee and adjustment fields — and set your default sort. The dashboard remembers your choice.
Filtering and searching
Narrow the list down and turn common questions into one click:
- Stores — focus on a single store, or leave it off to see them all.
- Status — show only paid, in-transit, scheduled, failed or canceled payouts.
- Transaction Type — separate deposits from withdrawals.
- Issued At, Created At, Updated At — limit to a time range.
- Currency — filter to one payout currency.
- Trace ID — find one payout for reconciliation.
The search box matches on trace ID.
Exporting
Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download payouts as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:
- Current page — just what's on screen.
- Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
- Selected — only the rows you tick.
- All payouts — the full list across your stores.
Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time.
Tutorial: export this month's paid payouts across every store for accounting
A quick walkthrough of a common job — pulling all the payouts that landed this month, across every store, into one file for your accountant.
- Open Content → Payouts from the sidebar.
- Set the Status filter to Paid so you only see money that actually arrived.
- Add an Issued At filter for the month you're reconciling.
- Leave the Store filter off to include every store, or set it to focus on one.
- Use the column picker to make sure Net amount, Charges gross and Refund fees are visible so the totals are in the file.
- Open the Export Builder, choose the Filtered scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — a ready-to-hand-off payout report.
Permissions
Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View Payouts permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.
FAQ
Does the Payouts dashboard show payouts from all my stores at once? Yes — every connected store's Shopify Payments payouts land in one list. Filter by Store when you want to focus on a single store.
Which payouts appear here? Shopify Payments payouts. Stores that don't use Shopify Payments, or that haven't granted the required access scope, won't have payouts to show — the scope badge flags the latter.
A store shows a warning badge next to Payouts — what does it mean? That store is missing the Shopify access scope EcomSolo needs to read payouts. Re-authorize the store and the badge clears.
Can I export only the payouts I've filtered to? Yes. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope to export exactly what matches your current filters — or Selected for just the rows you tick.
Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View Payouts permission. Account owners always have access.
