URL Redirects dashboard

The URL Redirects dashboard brings every Online Store redirect from all your connected Shopify stores into one list. Instead of opening each store to check which old paths point where, you get a single view of every redirect you can filter, sort, and export.

Opening the dashboard

In the left sidebar, go to Content → URL Redirects, or visit /content/url-redirects directly.

If a connected store is missing the access scope EcomSolo needs to read redirects, a small badge appears next to the menu item — open the dashboard and you'll see which stores need re-authorizing.

What you'll see

Each row is one URL redirect, with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
PathThe path the redirect fires from (Redirect From).
TargetWhere the redirect sends visitors (Redirect To).
StoreWhich connected store the redirect belongs to (shown when you have more than one store).
Created AtWhen the redirect was created.
Updated AtWhen it was last updated.
IdThe redirect's identifier.

Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns, and set your default sort — the dashboard remembers your choice.

Filtering and searching

Narrow the list down and sort by any column, so the common questions are one click away:

  • Stores — focus on one store, or leave it off to see them all together.
  • Redirect From — find redirects by the path they fire from.
  • Redirect To — find every redirect pointing at a particular target.
  • Created At, Updated At — narrow to a date range.

The search box matches by redirect path.

Exporting

Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download redirects as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:

  • Current page — just what's on screen.
  • Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
  • Selected — only the rows you tick.
  • All URL redirects — the full list across your stores.

Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time.

Tutorial: export every redirect for one store

A quick walkthrough of a common job — pulling a full redirect map for a single store, so you have a reference you can review or migrate, as a file.

  1. Open Content → URL Redirects from the sidebar.
  2. In the filter bar, set the Stores filter to the store you want.
  3. Click the Path column header to sort alphabetically, so the map reads in a predictable order.
  4. Use the column picker to make sure Path, Target, and Updated At are all showing.
  5. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope so the export matches your store filter.
  6. Pick your columns and download a CSV or Excel — a complete redirect map for that store.

Permissions

Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View URL Redirects permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.

FAQ

Does the URL Redirects dashboard show redirects from all my stores at once? Yes — every connected store's redirects land in one list. Filter by Stores when you want to focus on a single store.

How do I find where an old URL points? Search by the redirect path, or use the Redirect From filter, to find the redirect that fires from a given path and see its target.

Can I find every redirect pointing at one page? Yes. Use the Redirect To filter to list all redirects whose target matches a particular destination.

Can I export only the redirects I've filtered to? Yes. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope to export exactly what matches your current filters — or Selected for just the rows you tick.

A store shows a warning badge next to URL Redirects — what does it mean? That store is missing the Shopify access scope EcomSolo needs to read redirects. Re-authorize the store and the badge clears.

Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View URL Redirects permission. Account owners always have access.
