Exporting Stores
Export your connected Shopify stores to a CSV or Excel file. Unlike the other exports, Stores is about your own shops — every Shopify store you've connected to EcomSolo — with each store's name, domains, plan, currency, and address on its own row. It's the quickest way to get a tidy inventory of the shops you manage.

What you can export
In Simple mode you pick from a curated list of the fields merchants export most. The key ones:

Template (Advanced) mode opens the full column tree — currency and money formats, tax behavior, units and locale, order-number format, feature flags, plus shop metafields — and lets you rename column headers.
One row per store
A store exports as one row per connected store. If you add Metafield columns, the export expands to one row per shop metafield, with the store fields repeated on each row; otherwise every store is a single row.
Filtering what you export
You can narrow a stores export by:
- Name — a text match on the shop name.
- Domain — a text match on the public domain.
- Plan — the Shopify subscription plan.
- Country — the shop's country.
- Currency — the shop's selling currency.
- Created / Updated — date ranges.
The filter you set on a stores export is part of that export and is independent of whatever filter you last used on the Stores dashboard.
Exporting from the dashboard vs the wizard
The Stores dashboard has an Export button (the Export Builder) for a quick, single-entity export scoped to what you're looking at — Current page, Filtered, Selected, or All stores. The Export Wizard is the place for multi-entity exports and scheduled bundles. Both share the same columns, templates, formats, and destinations.
Scheduling
Any stores export can be saved as a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule instead of a one-time run; each run rebuilds from live data. See Scheduled exports.
Tutorial: export a list of all your connected stores
- Open Exports → New export (
/exports/new). - In Step 1, tick Stores and click Next.
- In Step 2, keep Simple columns. Make sure Name, Shopify Domain, Shopify Plan, and Currency are selected.
- Optionally add a Plan or Country filter to narrow the list.
- In Step 3, choose CSV or Excel and a destination such as Email.
- In Step 4, name it and click Run now, or Save as scheduled bundle for a recurring export.
Permissions
Exporting is gated by two permissions:
- View Exports lets a team member build exports.
- Download Exports lets them download the finished file.
Account owners always have both.
FAQ
What does the Stores export contain? Your own connected Shopify stores — one row per shop, with name, domains, plan, currency, owner, and address.
Can I export Shopify stores to Excel? Yes — choose Excel (.xlsx) in
Step 3. CSV is also available.
Does it include each store's plan and currency? Yes — Shopify Plan and Currency are both Simple-mode columns.
Does the export include sync status? No — a store's syncing state and last sync time are internal tracking fields shown on the dashboard, not export columns.
Can I filter stores by plan or country? Yes — add a Plan or Country filter before you run.
Can I schedule a stores export? Yes — save it as a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule; each run rebuilds from live data.
