Stores dashboard

The Stores dashboard is your single list of every Shopify store you've connected to EcomSolo. Instead of tracking your shops in a spreadsheet, you get one view of their names, domains, plans, countries and currencies that you can filter, sort, and export.

This is the global list of your own connected stores — not your customers or their businesses.

Opening the dashboard

In the left sidebar, click Stores, or visit /stores directly.

If a connected store is missing an access scope EcomSolo needs, a small badge appears next to the menu item — open the dashboard and a banner shows which stores need re-authorizing.

What you'll see

Each row is one connected store, with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe store's name.
DomainThe store's primary domain.
PlanThe store's Shopify plan.
CountryThe store's country.
CreatedWhen the store was created.
Last activityWhen the store record was last updated.

More columns are available from the column picker, including myshopify domain, Currency, Timezone, Owner, Email, Scopes checked, and Store ID.

Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns, and set your default sort — the dashboard remembers your choice.

Filtering and searching

Narrow the list down with filters, and sort by any column:

  • Name and Domain — match by text.
  • Plan — filter by Shopify plan.
  • Country — filter by store country.
  • Currency — filter by store currency.
  • Created At — stores created within a date range.

The Plan, Country, and Currency choices are built from your own connected stores. The search box matches by name, domain, or owner.

Exporting

Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download your stores as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:

  • Current page — just what's on screen.
  • Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
  • Selected — only the rows you tick.
  • All stores — the full list of your connected stores.

Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time.

Tutorial: export a list of your connected stores by plan

A quick walkthrough of a common job — getting a clean list of your shops, grouped by their Shopify plan, to share or reconcile.

  1. Open Stores from the sidebar.
  2. In the filter bar, set Plan to the plan you want to review — for example your Plus stores.
  3. Add a Country or Currency filter if you want to narrow further.
  4. Click the Name or Last activity column header to sort the list the way you want it.
  5. Use the column picker to add Currency, Owner, or Timezone so each row carries the detail you need.
  6. Open the Export Builder, choose the Filtered scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — a ready-to-share store list.

Permissions

Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View Stores permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.

FAQ

What is the Stores dashboard? It's the list of every Shopify store you've connected to EcomSolo — your own shops, in one place — with their name, domain, plan, country, and currency.

How is this different from Customers or Companies? Stores are your own connected shops. Customers are the people who buy from them, and Companies are your B2B business buyers. This dashboard is only about your stores.

Why does a store show a warning badge? That store is missing an access scope EcomSolo needs. Re-authorize the store from the banner and the badge clears.

Can I export my store list? Yes. Open the Export Builder, choose a scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — or save a template to reuse.

Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View Stores permission. Account owners always have access.
