Scheduled Exports
Scheduled Exports is the single home for every recurring export in your subscription — both single-entity schedules and multi-entity bundles, across all your connected Shopify stores. Instead of hunting for a schedule on each dashboard, you see them all together, and can run, pause, resume or remove any of them from one list.
Opening the dashboard
In the left sidebar, go to Exports/Imports → Exports → Schedules, or visit
/exports/scheduled directly.
What you'll see
Each row is one scheduled export, with these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The schedule's name. Click the row to open its details. |
| Type | Whether it's a Single schedule or a Bundle (with the number of sections and CSV or XLSX). |
| Entity | The entity it exports, or the section count for a bundle. |
| Frequency | How often it runs — for example daily or weekly. |
| Last run | When it last ran, shown as a relative time. |
| Status | Active, Paused or Failed. |
| Actions | Run now, Pause or Resume, and Delete. |
Click any row to open its details — the sections in a bundle, the frequency and time of day, and run tracking like total runs, the last run's result, and any recent errors.
Filtering
Use the All / Single / Bundle buttons to switch between individual schedules and bundles, and the entity dropdown to focus on one entity's schedules. A count shows how many schedules match your current filters.
Managing a schedule
Every row carries its own controls:
- Run now — run the export immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled time.
- Pause / Resume — stop a schedule from firing, then start it again when you're ready.
- Delete — remove the schedule. Past runs already on the Exports dashboard aren't affected.
Schedules themselves are created from a dashboard's export options or the Export Wizard; this page is where you keep them all under control.
Tutorial: run a schedule now and pause it
A quick walkthrough of the most common job — taking direct control of a recurring export.
- Open Exports/Imports → Exports → Schedules from the sidebar.
- Use the All / Single / Bundle buttons, or the entity dropdown, to find the schedule you want.
- Click Run now on its row to run the export immediately.
- Click the row to open its details and check the run tracking — total runs, last result, and any errors.
- Click Pause to stop it firing while you make changes, then Resume when you're ready.
- If you no longer need it, click Delete — your past export files stay on the Exports dashboard.
Permissions
Account owners always have access. For team members, managing schedules is controlled by the Manage Schedules permission — without it, the schedule actions aren't available. Grant it from your team member's permissions.
FAQ
Does this page show schedules for all my stores? Yes — every recurring export in your subscription is listed here, across all your connected stores, whether single-entity or a bundle.
Can I run a scheduled export without waiting? Yes. Use Run now on the schedule's row to run it immediately, outside its normal timing.
What happens to my files if I delete a schedule? Deleting a schedule stops it from firing again but leaves the export files it already produced on the Exports dashboard.
Why does a schedule show Failed? The last run didn't complete. Open the schedule's details to see the last error and the number of consecutive failures, then fix the cause and use Run now to retry.
Where do schedules come from? You create them from a dashboard's export options or the Export Wizard; this page brings them all together to manage.
