Orders dashboard
The Orders dashboard brings every order from all your connected Shopify stores into one list. Instead of switching between store admins to check what's paid, what's unfulfilled, and what's been cancelled, you get a single view you can filter, sort, and export.
Opening the dashboard
In the left sidebar, go to Data → Orders, or visit /orders directly.
Each order name links straight to that order in its Shopify admin, so you can jump from the combined list to the source store in one click.
What you'll see
Each row is one order, with these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Order | The order name or number, linking to the order in Shopify. |
| Date | When the order was placed. |
| Customer | The customer on the order, with contact details on hover. |
| Store | Which connected store the order belongs to. |
| Total | The order total in the store's currency. |
| Payment | The payment status (e.g. Paid, Payment pending, Partially paid, Refunded, Voided). |
| Fulfillment | The fulfillment status (Fulfilled, Partially fulfilled, Unfulfilled). |
| Items | How many items are on the order. |
| Tags | The order's tags. |
| Last activity | When the order was last updated (hidden by default). |
Quick tabs across the top — All, Unfulfilled, and Unpaid — narrow the list with one click. Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns and set your default sort; the dashboard remembers your choice. On a single-store account the Store column is hidden automatically.
Filtering and searching
Narrow the list with filters for Stores, Store Urls, Date, Status (Open, Archived, Cancelled), Total price, Payment status, Fulfillment status, Tagged with, and Product title, then sort by any column. This makes the common questions one click away — "which orders are still unfulfilled", "everything paid this month over a certain value", "all orders containing a specific product across every store".
Exporting
Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download orders as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:
- Current page — just what's on screen.
- Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
- Selected — only the rows you tick.
- All orders — the full list across your stores.
Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time, or set up a recurring schedule from the Schedules view.
Tutorial: export every unfulfilled order across your stores
A quick walkthrough of a common job — pulling every order that still needs shipping, across every store, and handing it to your team as a file.
- Open Data → Orders from the sidebar.
- Click the Unfulfilled tab, or set the Fulfillment status filter to Unfulfilled, to show only orders still waiting to ship.
- Add a Stores filter if you want to focus on one store, or leave it off to see all stores together.
- Click the Date column header to sort — for example oldest first, so the orders waiting longest rise to the top.
- Use the column picker to show the columns your team needs, such as Customer, Items, and Total.
- Open the Export Builder, choose the Filtered scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — a ready-to-share fulfillment worklist.
Permissions
Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View Orders permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.
FAQ
Does the Orders dashboard show orders from all my stores at once? Yes — every connected store's orders land in one list. Filter by Stores when you want to focus on a single store.
Can I see only unpaid or unfulfilled orders? Yes. Use the Unpaid and Unfulfilled quick tabs, or set the Payment status and Fulfillment status filters, to narrow the list to exactly those orders.
Can I export only the orders I've filtered to? Yes. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope to export exactly what matches your current filters — or Selected for just the rows you tick.
Why is the Store column missing? On a single-store account the Store column is hidden automatically, since every order belongs to the same store. Connect a second store and it appears.
Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View Orders permission. Account owners always have access.
