Pages dashboard
The Pages dashboard brings every Online Store page from all your connected Shopify stores into one list. Instead of opening each store's admin to check which pages are published, what their handles are, or which theme template they use, you get a single view you can filter, sort, and export.
Opening the dashboard
In the left sidebar, go to Content → Pages, or visit /content/pages
directly.
If a connected store is missing the access scope EcomSolo needs to read pages, a small badge appears next to the menu item — open the dashboard and you'll see which stores need re-authorizing.
What you'll see
Each row is one Online Store page, with these columns:

| Handle | The page's URL handle. |
| Published | Whether the page is published (Yes) or hidden (No). |
| Published At | When the page was published. |
| Template Suffix | The theme template the page uses, when a custom one is set. |
| Created At | When the page was created. |
| Updated At | When the page was last updated. |
| Id | The page's identifier. |
Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns, and set your default sort — the dashboard remembers your choice.
Filtering and searching
Narrow the list down and sort by any column, so the common questions are one click away:
- Stores — focus on one store, or leave it off to see them all together.
- Published — show only published pages, or only hidden ones.
- Title and Handle — find a specific page.
- Template Suffix — find every page built on a particular theme template.
- Published At, Created At, Updated At — narrow to a date range.
The search box matches by title, handle, or id.
Exporting
Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download pages as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:
- Current page — just what's on screen.
- Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
- Selected — only the rows you tick.
- All pages — the full list across your stores.
Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time.
Tutorial: audit unpublished pages across your stores
A quick walkthrough of a common job — finding every page that isn't live yet, so nothing stays stuck in draft, and handing the list to your team as a file.
- Open Content → Pages from the sidebar.
- In the filter bar, set Published to No to show only pages that aren't live.
- Add a Store filter if you want to focus on one store, or leave it off to audit every store together.
- Click the Updated At column header to sort — for example oldest first, so the pages that have sat unpublished the longest rise to the top.
- Use the column picker to add Template Suffix so you can spot pages that depend on a theme template.
- Open the Export Builder, choose the Filtered scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — a ready-to-share to-do list.
Permissions
Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View Pages permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.
FAQ
Does the Pages dashboard show pages from all my stores at once? Yes — every connected store's Online Store pages land in one list. Filter by Store when you want to focus on a single store.
Can I see which pages are still unpublished? Yes. Set the Published filter to No to list every page that isn't live yet, across all your stores.
Why is the Template Suffix column empty on some rows? That column only shows a value when the page uses a custom theme template. Pages on the default page template simply leave it blank.
Can I export only the pages I've filtered to? Yes. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope to export exactly what matches your current filters — or Selected for just the rows you tick.
A store shows a warning badge next to Pages — what does it mean? That store is missing the Shopify access scope EcomSolo needs to read pages. Re-authorize the store and the badge clears.
Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View Pages permission. Account owners always have access.
