Products dashboard
The Products dashboard brings every product from all your connected Shopify stores into one list. Instead of opening each store to check what's active, what's still a draft, and what's running low on stock, you get a single view you can filter, sort, and export.
Opening the dashboard
In the left sidebar, go to Products → Products, or visit /products
directly.
Each product title links straight through to that product in its own Shopify admin, so you can jump from the combined list to the source in one click.
What you'll see
Each row is one product, with these columns:

| Product | The product title (with its image), linking to the product in Shopify admin. |
| Store | Which connected store the product belongs to (shown on multi-store accounts). |
| Status | Active, Draft, or Archived. |
| Inventory | Total stock in hand across the product's variants, or "Inventory not tracked". |
| Type | The product type. |
| Vendor | The product vendor. |
| Tags | The product's tags. |
| Last activity | When the product was last updated. |
Use the column picker to show, hide, and reorder columns, and set your default sort — the dashboard remembers your choice.
Filtering and searching
Narrow the list down and sort by any column. The filters make the common questions one click away:
- Status — Active, Draft, or Archived products.
- Stores and Store Urls — focus on one or more connected stores.
- Collection — products that belong to a particular collection.
- Product type and Product vendor — narrow by type or vendor.
- Tagged with — products carrying a specific tag.
Type in the search box to search across all products by title.
Exporting
Open the Export Builder from the dashboard to download products as CSV or Excel. You choose the scope:
- Current page — just what's on screen.
- Filtered — everything matching your current filters.
- Selected — only the rows you tick.
- All products — the full list across your stores.
Pick the columns you want, and download. If you export the same shape regularly, save it as a template so it's one click next time.
Tutorial: export low-stock active products across your stores
A quick walkthrough of a common job — pulling a stock report for the products you're actively selling, across every store, as a shareable file.
- Open Products → Products from the sidebar.
- In the filter bar, set Status to Active to leave out drafts and archived products.
- Add a Store filter if you want to focus on one store, or leave it off to see all stores together.
- Click the Inventory column header to sort — for example lowest first, so the products closest to selling out rise to the top.
- Use the column picker to add or reorder columns like Vendor and Type so every row carries the context your team needs.
- Open the Export Builder, choose the Filtered scope, pick your columns, and download a CSV or Excel — a ready-to-share stock report.
Permissions
Account owners always have access. For team members, access is controlled by the View Products permission — without it, opening the dashboard shows a "no access" message. Grant it from your team member's permissions.
FAQ
Does the Products dashboard show products from all my stores at once? Yes — every connected store's products land in one list. Filter by Store when you want to focus on a single store.
Why does a product show "Inventory not tracked"? That product's variants don't have inventory tracking enabled in Shopify, so there's no stock count to show. Turn on tracking in Shopify and the count appears after the next sync.
Can I export only the products I've filtered to? Yes. Open the Export Builder and choose the Filtered scope to export exactly what matches your current filters — or Selected for just the rows you tick.
Can I edit a product from here? The dashboard is a combined, read-only view. Click a product title to open it in its own Shopify admin, where you can make changes.
Can team members see this dashboard? Only if they have the View Products permission. Account owners always have access.
